EDUCATIONAL and OUTPATIENT
TREATMENT SERVICES
All
educational programs begin and end with a one-on-one clinical assessment,
at which
time a urine drug screen (UDS) and a preliminary breath test (PBT) are
performed. In addition, both UDS’s and PBT’s are performed randomly throughout
each program.
Alcohol
First Offenders (AFO) – Three, two-hour didactic group sessions directed toward
individuals with one alcohol related offense such as: MIP/MIC, OWVI, OWI, or other offense that
occurred while under the influence of alcohol.
Cost to client is $225.
Drug
Education Group (DEG) – Six, one and a half-hour educational group sessions for
resistant first offenders and other drug offense clientele with a focus
on: marijuana, designer drugs (ecstasy,
methamphetamine, etc.), and alcohol. Cost to client is $250.
Drugs
& Alcohol Group (DA) – Eight, one and a half-hour group sessions
designed to address the needs of repeat alcohol and/or other drug offenders who
have no clinical symptoms of dependence.
Cost to client is $300.

Shoplifting/Retail
Fraud (SRF)
– Seven, one-hour sessions offering an educational opportunity to offenders
charged with: shoplifting, retail fraud,
embezzlement, etc. Appropriate for first
and/or repeat offenders. Cost to client is $250.
Aggression
Management (AM)
– Twelve, one and a half-hour group sessions directed toward individuals who
have exhibited socially inappropriate aggressive behaviors not directly related
to the use of alcohol or other drugs, such as:
assault and battery, domestic violence, malicious destruction of
property, road rage, etc. Cost to
client is $350.
Aggression
Management & Substance Abuse (AMSA) - Twelve, three-hour group sessions
designed to address clientele who have exhibited socially inappropriate
aggressive behaviors, such as: assault
and battery, domestic violence, malicious destruction of property, road rage,
etc. that are either directly related to their use of alcohol or other drugs,
or who have a history of alcohol and/or other drug abuse. Cost
to client is $700.

Outpatient
Therapy
– Individual and/or family sessions for individual who are in need of
supportive and/or relapse prevention services for (but not limited to) the
following: substance abuse/dependence,
occupational, legal, social, emotional, or relationship concerns.
Initial
assessment cost to client is $140, additional session fees are $100. Clients may be considered for a reduced
per-session fee, if appropriate proof of income is provided.
Aftercare Counseling – Supportive individual
and/or family sessions designed to assist individuals “stepping down” from a
more intensive level of treatment in developing trigger identification and
relapse prevention skills. Initial assessment cost to client is $140,
additional session fees are $100.
Clients may be considered for a reduced per-session fee, if appropriate
proof of income is provided.
EVALUATIONS AND ASSESSMENTS
Each of the
below clinical assessments have a duration of no less than one hour, and the
price
includes a urine drug screen (UDS),
preliminary breath test (PBT), and standardized screening tools including but
not limited to the: MAST, DAST, BADDS,
and SASSI-3.
Alcohol
and Other Drugs Assessment (AODA) – A complete assessment
including substance use and legal history designed to evaluate the individual’s
substance abuse and/or mental health related treatment needs. Cost
to client is $250.
Driver’s
License Evaluation (DLAD) – A thorough substance abuse evaluation, based
on State of
Indecent
Exposure Evaluation (IE) – A complete biopsychosocial assessment for
individuals charged with Indecent Exposure or related offenses, including
alcohol and other drug use history and legal history, designed to evaluate the
individual’s treatment needs. Cost to client is $250.

TESTING SERVICES
Urine
specimens are sent to a quality-care controlled and Department of
Transportation (DOT) approved laboratory for testing. Five to ten panel tests are available, both
of which test the integrity of the specimen by measuring the sample’s creatinine
level, nitrite level, pH, and specific gravity.
We also offer instant test results using a six panel Icup that measures
the specific gravity, oxidant level, and pH level of the sample. Breathalyzer tests are performed on a LifeLoc
Technologies, Inc. FC-10 series Portable Breath Tester by trained and qualified
clinical staff.
Random
Urine Drug Screen (RDS)/Breathalyzer Program – Random testing is done
seven days per week and a consultation session with a counselor is offered in
the case of positive results. Additional
fees are charged for non-negative drug screen confirmations and clinical
consultations.
Cost to client is $25 per
urine drug screen, $15 for a laboratory confirmation, and $5 for each
breathalyzer.

CONSULTING SERVICES
Counseling &
Assessment Associates, LLC provides both in-house and on-site MCBAP approved trainings
for continuing education credits in a variety of topics including substance
abuse, local drugs of abuse, and mental health issues.

Counseling
& Assessment Associates, LLC offers treatment management and data collection
assistance to local

are welcome to pay for services using VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
